Description
Flynn & Reynolds is seeking a highly motivated Insides Sales Representative who can provide a positive experience to customers and suppliers by offering product selection assistance and accurately and efficiently processing requests for quotes and placing orders.

  • Process orders and returns and handle expedited shipping for customers.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain excellent working relationships with customers, suppliers, and coworkers.
  • Project a positive, professional image of the company in all communications with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests by providing accurate and thorough price quotations and product information and assisting with placing orders.
  • Maintain product knowledge to meet customer needs adequately and efficiently.
  • Build rapport with customers with timely follow-up.
  • Assess customer needs by reviewing blueprints and materials bills and asking pertinent questions to define product needs, delivery dates, and budgeting expectations.
  • Offer add-ons and up-sell products that may benefit the customer; suggest alternative products when requested products are unavailable.
  • Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers.
  • Stay current with industry trends, products, and services
