
Greg is the principal and one of the main driving forces behind Flynn & Reynolds Agency. Greg has been successfully working as a manufacturer’s representative for over 20 years. He has been recognized by Electrical Wholesaling Magazine and his peers for his accomplishments by being awarded the GEM Rising Star Award. In addition, Greg serves on the Board of Directors of NEMRA. He is a member of several manufacturers’ representative councils.
Greg has been married to Janice for over 20 years and has three daughters with whom he loves to ski and sail with at every opportunity.

Outside Sales: The outside sales people are charged with presenting products and application solutions to end-users and specifiers. They work with our distributor partners to achieve demand for the products that we represent. As “problem solvers,” they know future opportunities are dependent on the successful outcome of a current project.

A graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Bryan started his career in sales in the beverage industry with the then fledgling Nantucket Nectars. In early 1996, he joined Flynn & Reynolds and has been a team member ever since. Bryan’s sales responsibilities include much of Connecticut, as well as Western Massachusetts and Vermont. In addition, Bryan is responsible for Flynn & Reynolds' localized marketing efforts for our represented manufacturers. He is also responsible for Flynn & Reynolds' marketing efforts and brand building within the New England region.
In his spare time, Bryan enjoys water sports, any type of building project and spending quality time with friends and family.


For eight years Mike has worked at Flynn & Reynolds as a Territory Manager. His sales territory encompasses Rhode Island, central Massachusetts and the northwest corner of CT. Mike’s educational background is in nursing. He worked as a RN for many years before transitioning to sales within that industry. In this, he discovered that he truly enjoyed the challenges of sales. When presented with the opportunity to take these skills into the electrical industry, Mike dove in.
Mike lives in the northeast corner of CT with his wife and their four children. His hobbies include camping, RC planes, hot-air ballooning, photography, and waterskiing.


Casey entered the electrical industry in 1974 as an electrician. In 1981, he entered the wholesale distribution market as an outside sales person for a Denver, Colorado, distributor. Casey continued his distributor career when he moved to Boston in 1988 before joining Flynn & Reynolds in 2005. Casey is often early to job sites in the mornings for meetings with contractors as he covers the North Shore of MA, NH, and ME.
When he isn’t relentlessly selling, Casey can be found traveling the roads of New England on his Harley Davidson.


Chris has over 20 years of experience in the electrical industry, as a contractor, distributor as well as a manufacturer's rep. Over the past ten years, he has worked as a manufacturer’s rep and managed a prominent Boston rep agency. He takes pride in making successful end user calls and putting distributors in a position to win! He brings with him strong product knowledge and a solution based attitude. He is well known in the industry for being reliable, accountable & knowledgeable.
Chris lives in Rhode Island with his wife Donna. He has 5 grown children and 6 grandchildren. He enjoys visiting new restaurants and traveling. He spends most of his free time enjoying his family!

Inside Sales: The inside sales department is a resource center put in place to support customers as well as the outside sales efforts. Inside sales functions include:

Candy has been with Flynn & Reynolds since October of 2004. She came to us from Concrete Systems Inc. in Hudson, NH, where she spent 5 years as the Government Contracts Sales Director of the Buildings and Barrier Division. Prior to that, Candy worked at Unitrode/Texas Instruments where she was an Inside Sales Representative selling electronic components. Candy started her business career at Honeywell Electro Optics Corporation in Lexington, MA.
Originally from Winchester, Massachusetts, Candy is a 1981 Graduate of Bunker Hill Community College in Charlestown, Massachusetts. She now resides with her two boys in New Hampshire.


Tanya has been a team member with Flynn & Reynolds since November of 2001. Since her arrival, Tanya has been a valued participant in the growth and evolution of the agency.Tanya brought her winning customer service and sales ability to us through years of retail sales. Prior to joining Flynn & Reynolds, she was employed with ADT Security Systems as an Inside Sales Representative and a major retail chain as a Customer Support Supervisor.
A native of Massachusetts, Tanya now resides in southern New Hampshire. In her spare time, she enjoys biking, reading, and traveling to the White Mountains.


Jessica has been with Flynn & Reynolds since January 2009. Prior to working here she worked as a travel agent and hotel front office manager in Australia. In January 2007 she graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a focus in Tourism and Event Planning.
Jessica enjoys traveling, surfing, the beach, snowboarding, camping, hiking and most other things that involve being outdoors. She resides in Malden with husband Dan.


Andrew recently joined Flynn & Reynolds as part of our Inside Sales Team. He graduated in May, 2008 from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management. His prior sales experience includes a position at Blinds to Go, selling custom window treatments with a strong emphasis on Customer service.
In his spare time, he enjoys watching his favorite New England Sports Teams, traveling and camping. Andrew resides in South Boston.


Jessica recently joined Flynn & Reynolds as a Merchandiser/Marketing Coordinator. A recent graduate from The University of Massachusetts, Jessica received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication. With a background in promotion and customer service, her role as an outside merchandising/marketing coordinator, will allow our outside salespeople to pursue revenue generating activities. Her primary responsibilities will be to maintain day-to-day account maintenance.
In her spare time, she enjoys dancing, spending time with family, running, reading & traveling.

Administrative Team: Our administrative team handles the challenges associated with company accounting, inter-company programs, and logistics. They also coordinate trade show support, visitor itineraries and the endless flow of product samples and literature requests. Without them, the daily influx of paperwork and emails would soon inundate the company.



As the Office Manager for Flynn & Reynolds, Cynthia brings over 40 years of business experience to our company.
She enjoys spending time with her husband, Bob, and their two children. In her spare time, Cynthia enjoys cooking, biking, and cross-country skiing.


Janice is in charge of our company’s benefit programs and ensuring the fulfiment of literature requests in a timely manner.
Janice is Greg’s wife and the mother of their three wonderful daughters. Along with devoting much of her time to raising her family, Janice enjoys cooking, being a soccer mom, and skiing with her family.


Lisa has recently joined Flynn & Reynolds bringing over 20 years of experience in Executive Administration and Sales to the team. She is a graduate of Northern Essex Community College with her Associates Degree, majoring in Executive Secretarial.
Lisa spent over 18 years working for Whistler Corporation starting out in the Sales Department as the Sales Coordinator and eventually becoming a Sales Manager there. Most recently, she worked as a Channel Sales Manager for Pepsi. Looking to utilize her organizational and administrative skills, she is excited to be part of the Flynn & Reynolds team!
Lisa resides in Haverhill, Massachusetts with her husband Peter and their son Cameron. She enjoys spending her spare time rooting for Cam in his various sports activities.
