Bryan’s career at Flynn & Reynolds began in 1996, shortly after graduating from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. After learning our agency’s business on both the inside and outside, he established our first Connecticut/Western Massachusetts field sales office. During the 15 years he spent in Connecticut, Flynn & Reynolds line card and brand recognition grew exponentially. His professionalism and diligence not only created customers, but friends. Bryan’s field work with contractors allowed him to demonstrate Flynn & Reynolds’ value to their supporting distribution which in turn created more opportunities for our agency and the manufacturers we represent.

With a long-planned succession strategy in place for our agency, in 2022 Bryan assumed the role of President. His many years of dedication to our company, his knowledge of the product lines we represent and his expertise in the electrical industry has allowed a seamless transition into this role.

In addition to his role as President, he will continue to have responsibility for contractor and distributor sales in the Greater Boston Metropolitan area, as well as spearheading specification efforts within the engineering community throughout New England that many of our agency’s lines require.

Bryan’s comedic energy brings lots of laughs in the office, because as he says, “If you’re not having fun, why bother?” When not having fun at Flynn & Reynolds, Bryan can usually be found in New Hampshire where he enjoys spending time with his family skiing and boating.

Andrew graduated with a degree for management from UMASS Amherst in 2008 with a dream of one day owning a business. After a brief experience in retail sales, Andrew was hired by Flynn & Reynolds Agency for inside sales. Over the last 12 years Andrew has developed skills in all aspects of the business, from shipping and receiving, to merchandising, to outside sales, and today as Principal with Bryan Lally to assist in building the company for success for years to come.

In his free time, Andrew likes to golf and spend time with his wife and two children.

Ed joined Flynn & Reynolds in early 2022. He comes to us from Eaton Corporation and brings with him over 25 years of experience in the Electrical Industry. His focus will include increased presence at the mid/large contractors in the Greater Boston market, as well as helping to direct new account and channel development for all product lines.

His additional responsibilities include overseeing both the inside and outside sales teams and providing guidance and leadership for the future direction of the company.

Ed and his wife Annette have 3 Children and reside in Franklin, Ma.

Jay Murphy joined Flynn & Reynolds in 2020 bringing with him over 25 years of experience in the electrical industry. After graduating from Providence College, he began his career with a national electrical distributor. He furthered his career working directly for manufacturers and also a NEMRA Representative Agency. Jay brings experience calling on contractors, end users, specifiers and distributors throughout New England. He has been recognized by manufacturers for creating demand at the end user through his hard work and creativity.

Jay and his wife Lea have 2 children and reside in Worcester. He enjoys spending time with his family at the beach and sporting events. He is also an accomplished High School and College Ice Hockey Official.

Over the course of his career, he has had the opportunity to work with contractors to educate them on products to make their jobs and projects more efficient, resulting in more profitability! Having joined Flynn & Reynolds in 2020, Keith has already been working to help contractors in New England save time and money by using the quality products our manufacturers have to offer. His experience and expertise have been a welcome addition to our team.

A life-long resident of Massachusetts, Keith has been married to his wife Donna for over 35 years and they have four grown children. They have a golden retriever named Duke, along with three cats including “Bruin” who they got right after the Bruins won the Stanley Cup! Keith is a Hockey and Football fan and enjoys Skeet Shooting on the weekends.

Bill Riggieri joined the Flynn & Reynolds Team in August 2023 as a Territory Manager, covering Connecticut and Western Massachusetts.

A graduate of Salve Regina University with a bachelor’s in business.  Having grown up in a family business across multi-facets of carpentry, electrical & plumbing, his experiences are well rounded.

Bill has 17 years of proven sales experience, and throughout his career, he has earned the trust of several national and international companies, maintaining strong client relationships that generate new and repeat business alike.  Bill attributes his proven success to his ability to listen to customers, honesty, putting customers needs first and relentless follow-up.

Bill resides in Connecticut.

Lisa came to Flynn & Reynolds in 2009, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Executive Administration. Her prior experience includes working at a well-known consumer electronics company for over 18 years, starting as their Sales Coordinator and eventually becoming the Sales Manager there.

Over the years at Flynn & Reynolds, her areas of expertise changed from more of an administrative role to working on creative marketing projects as well as focusing on sales & commission analysis. In her position as Business & Marketing Director, she is constantly challenged to learn new things and find creative ways to stay out in front of our customers with marketing flyers inspired by the high quality of the products we represent. Lisa works hard to contribute to the success of the company by being a constant fixture in the office that the entire team has come to depend on. She is proud to be part of Flynn & Reynolds, a company that strives to always do the right thing.

Lisa and Peter, her husband of over 30 years, are the proud parents of one grown son, Cameron. She and her husband enjoy watching Cam play tennis in various competitions. She also enjoys spending time with her family at Lake Winnisquam and traveling to the beaches of South Carolina and wherever the road may take them.

Vicki Rizzo came to Flynn & Reynolds in early 2015 in a part-time role that initially started out as helping out wherever and whenever she was needed. In no time at all, she quickly became an important addition to our administration team. Today, she wears many hats, and her duties are numerous. Her responsibilities include both accounts receivable and payable, human resources, benefits, payroll, inventory and office supplies.

A graduate of Aquinas College with an Associate Degree in Administration, she brings with her 30+ years of administrative experience, centered mainly in the area of sales and marketing.

Prior to joining our company, she recruited, trained and managed over 100 volunteers, coordinated events and connected new people at Free Christian Church. Vicki also has the gift of hospitality and enjoys entertaining her friends and family at her home. Vicki and George, her husband of more than 25 years, are kept busy with their 3 sons; together they enjoy many sports activities and relaxing on Lake Ossipee.

With over 30 years of experience in inside sales and customer service, Laurie joined Flynn & Reynolds in 2012, becoming an asset to our team. The experience and knowledge she brought to our company made an immediate impact with our customers it didn’t take too long for our customers to start asking for her directly.

In the years that followed she has become an expert in several areas of our business, including heat. When our distributors are looking for help with even the most complicated heat quote, Laurie is their go to person to get things done. She is also familiar with all our lines and can assist with anything she is asked for.

Due to her hard work, she was awarded Excellence in Sales by one of our largest manufacturers – the first individual award of its kind for our company!

Zack joined Flynn & Reynolds’ Inside Sales & Customer Service team in 2018, bringing with him nearly ten years of experience in the electrical distribution industry. He served key roles on both the manufacturer and distributor side of the business in his previous positions. Including the role of Manager of Inside Sales and Quotations at RemPhos/Light Efficient Design where he familiarized himself with many of our customers by helping distributors and ESCOs alike find solutions for their LED lighting projects. Previously, he spent eight years at Bulbs.com as a Commercial Inside Sales Rep and later as a Team Leader for the commercial Sales Team.

When it comes to lighting, Zack has seen the industry change from legacy lighting products of the past to today’s various levels of LED retrofit solutions. Having completed a number of lighting courses and certifications, you can count on Zack to recommend the right products for the job.

A native of Chelmsford, MA, Zack now resides in Newburyport, where you can find him exploring the waters of the North Shore on his kayak. Zack is also an avid sports fan, rooting on the Red Sox, Patriots and Ohio State Buckeyes in his spare time.

Stacey Plank joined the Flynn & Reynolds Inside Sales – Customer Service team in 2020. She brings with her over 25 years of customer service experience. Most recently working for Philips Screw Company as an account manager. Her experience also includes working as a as a call center manager. She enjoys working with customers to provide excellent customer service. She has made it her mission to understand the products for the lines she has primary responsibility for and is quickly able to answer questions for our customers. Stacey has established herself as a valued member of our Inside Sales/Customer Service Team and has a reputation for excellent follow-up!

She and her husband Jon have a blended family including three boys and two girls. They enjoy spending time together and especially enjoy the summer months.

Greg joined the Flynn & Reynolds Team in August 2023 as an Inside Sales & Customer Service Rep.  He brings with him almost 20 years of experience in the electrical distribution industry.  As a Quotations Specialist and Project Manager for Rexel Energy Solutions, he learned about ESCO sales for programs such as NGRID and Eversource.  He also fine-tuned his LED product knowledge with lighting being a specialty.  Additionally, he started selling legacy lighting products such as incandescent, halogen, fluorescent and metal halide items for Bulbs.com from 2004 until 2017 where he served as a Commercial Inside Sales Rep.

Originally from Auburn, MA he currently resides in Hudson, MA.  He is an avid sports fan and fully supports the Patriots, Red Sox, Bruins and Celtics.  He enjoys playing golf, riding his Harley Davidson, darts and participating in sprint triathlons.

Mike joined Flynn & Reynolds in 2001, having worked as a Registered Nurse and then moved into sales in the medical industry. When the opportunity presented itself in the electrical industry, there was no turning back.

Known for his friendly and outgoing personality, customers looked forward to seeing him walk through the door. He soon became an expert at helping customers figure out what products they needed to get the job done correctly while saving them money by providing energy saving solutions. A major accomplishment in Mike’s career at Flynn & Reynolds was being awarded Salesman of the Year by one of our manufacturers – a well-deserved honor.

In 2020, Mike semi-retired and at that time, he and his wife moved to North Carolina. Currently, Mike works a few days a week from home assisting both the inside and outside staff following up on quotes, as well as helping contractors and our distributor partners as needed. His years of experience continue to add to the success of Flynn & Reynolds.

Mike has been married for over 35 years and has 4 grown children who have all graduated from college. In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. He likes to go boating, fishing, bike riding, and showing off his customized Mustang GT convertible at car shows.
